[ 27 ] ◆献げ物 27:1 主はモーセに仰せになった。 27:2 イスラエルの人々に告げてこう言いなさい。もし、終身誓願に相当する代価を、満願の献げ物として主にささげる場合、 27:3 その相当額は二十歳から六十歳までの男子であれば、聖所のシェケルで銀五十シェケルである。 27:4 もし女子であれば、その相当額は銀三十シェケルである。 27:5 五歳から二十歳の人の相当額は、男子銀二十シェケル、女子銀十シェケルである。 27:6 また、一か月から五歳の子は、男子銀五シェケル、女子銀三シェケルである。 27:7 六十歳以上の人は、男子銀十五シェケル、女子銀十シェケルである。 27:8 もし、彼が貧しくて相当額が支払えない場合は、彼を祭司の前に立たせる。祭司が彼の支払額を定める。すなわち、彼が満願の献げ物をささげる資力に応じて祭司が決定する。 27:9 もし、主への献げ物として家畜を携える場合、主にささげるものはすべて、聖なるものとなる。 27:10 それを他のものと替えたり、良いものを悪いものに、あるいは悪いものを良いものに替えてはならない。もし、その家畜を他の家畜と替えるならば、それも、替えたものも、聖なるものとなる。 27:11 もし、それが主への献げ物としてささげることのできない汚れた家畜であれば、それを祭司のもとに引いて行く。 27:12 祭司はそれを評価する。その相当額は祭司の良し悪しの評価いかんによる。 27:13 もし、それをどうしても買い戻したいと思うならば、その相当額に五分の一を加えて支払わねばならない。 27:14 もし、自分の家屋を聖なるものとして主にささげる場合、祭司がその良し悪しを評価する。祭司がそれを評価することによって、その価は確定される。 27:15 もし奉納した人がそれを買い戻そうとするならば、その相当額の銀に五分の一を加えて支払わねばならない。そうすれば、彼のものになる。 27:16 もし、先祖伝来の畑の一部を主にささげる場合は、そこに蒔かれる種の量に応じて相当額が決められる。一ホメルの大麦の種が蒔かれる土地は、銀五十シェケルである。 27:17 その畑をヨベルの年から奉納する場合には、この相当額で確定される。 27:18 しかし、ヨベルの年以後にそれをささげる場合、祭司は次のヨベルの年までに残る年数によって価を評価し、それに応じて、確定している畑の相当額から差し引く。 27:19 もしささげる人がそれを買い戻そうとするならば、その相当額の銀に五分の一を加えて支払えば、彼のものになる。 27:20 しかし、それを買い戻さずに他人に転売するならば、再びそれを買い戻すことはできない。 27:21 ヨベルの年が来ると、それは永久に神に奉納された畑と同様に、主に属する聖なるものとなり、先祖伝来の畑として、祭司のものになる。 27:22 もし、先祖伝来の畑でなく、購入した畑を主にささげる場合は、 27:23 祭司はヨベルの年までの年数によって相当額を評価する。ささげる者はその日、決められた相当額をささげ、その畑は主に属する聖なるものとなる。 27:24 ヨベルの年が来ると、その畑はこの先祖伝来の畑を売った元の所有者に戻る。 27:25 以上の相当額はすべて、聖所のシェケルによる。一シェケルは二十ゲラである。 27:26 家畜の初子は生まれたときから主のものであるから、それが牛であれ、羊であれ、だれもそれをささげることはできない。それは主のものである。 27:27 もし、それが汚れた動物の場合は、その初子の相当額に、更にその五分の一を加えて買い戻すことができる。もし、買い戻さないならば、その相当額で売ることができる。 27:28 また、自分の持ち物のうちから、永久に主のものとして奉納したすべての奉納物は、人であれ、家畜であれ、先祖伝来の畑であれ、それを売ったり、買い戻したりすることはできない。永久に奉納物はすべて、神聖なもので主に属する。 27:29 特に、永久に神に奉納された奉納物が人である場合は、その人を買い戻すことはできず、必ず殺さねばならない。 27:30 土地から取れる収穫量の十分の一は、穀物であれ、果実であれ、主のものである。それは聖なるもので主に属す。 27:31 もし、十分の一の一部を買い戻したいときは、それに五分の一を加えて支払わなければならない。 27:32 牛や羊の群れの十分の一については、牧者の杖の下をくぐる十頭目のものはすべて、聖なるもので主に属する。 27:33 この十分の一の家畜を見て、その良し悪しを判断したり、それを他のものと取り替えたりしてはならない。もし、他のものと取り替えるならば、それも取り替えたものも聖なるものとなり、買い戻すことはできない。 27:34 以上は、主がシナイ山において、モーセを通してイスラエルの人々に示された戒めである。

27:1 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 27:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When a man consecrates by a vow certain persons to the Lord, according to your valuation, 27:3 'if your valuation is of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary. 27:4 'If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels; 27:5 'and if from five years old up to twenty years old, then your valuation for a male shall be twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels; 27:6 'and if from a month old up to five years old, then your valuation for a male shall be five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver; 27:7 'and if from sixty years old and above, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels. 27:8 'But if he is too poor to pay your valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall set a value for him; according to the ability of him who vowed, the priest shall value him. 27:9 'If it is an animal that men may bring as an offering to the Lord, all that anyone gives to the Lord shall be holy. 27:10 'He shall not substitute it or exchange it, good for bad or bad for good; and if he at all exchanges animal for animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy. 27:11 'If it is an unclean animal which they do not offer as a sacrifice to the Lord, then he shall present the animal before the priest; 27:12 'and the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be. 27:13 'But if he wants at all to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth to your valuation. 27:14 'And when a man dedicates his house to be holy to the Lord, then the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand. 27:15 'If he who dedicated it wants to redeem his house, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his. 27:16 'If a man dedicates to the Lord part of a field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. A homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. 27:17 'If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand. 27:18 'But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money due according to the years that remain till the Year of Jubilee, and it shall be deducted from your valuation. 27:19 'And if he who dedicates the field ever wishes to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall belong to him. 27:20 'But if he does not want to redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed anymore; 27:21 'but the field, when it is released in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the Lord, as a devoted field; it shall be the possession of the priest. 27:22 'And if a man dedicates to the Lord a field which he has bought, which is not the field of his possession, 27:23 'then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation, up to the Year of Jubilee, and he shall give your valuation on that day as a holy offering to the Lord. 27:24 'In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, to the one who owned the land as a possession. 27:25 'And all your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel. 27:26 'But the firstborn of the animals, which should be the Lord's firstborn, no man shall dedicate; whether it is an ox or sheep, it is the Lord's. 27:27 'And if it is an unclean animal, then he shall redeem it according to your valuation, and shall add one-fifth to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation. 27:28 'Nevertheless no devoted offering that a man may devote to the Lord of all that he has, both man and beast, or the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted offering is most holy to the Lord. 27:29 'No person under the ban, who may become doomed to destruction among men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death. 27:30 'And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord's. It is holy to the Lord. 27:31 'If a man wants at all to redeem any of his tithes, he shall add one-fifth to it. 27:32 'And concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord. 27:33 'He shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.' " 27:34 These are the commandments which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
