5:1 だれかが罪を犯すなら、すなわち、見たり、聞いたりした事実を証言しうるのに、呪いの声を聞きながらも、なおそれを告げずにいる者は、罰を負う。 5:2 汚れた野獣、家畜、爬虫類の死骸など汚れたものに気づかずに触れるならば、その人は汚れ、責めを負う。 5:3 いかなる種類の汚れであれ、人体から生じる汚れに気づかずに触れるならば、それを知るようになったとき、責めを負う。 5:4 悪いことについてであれ、善いことについてであれ、どのような事柄についてであっても、軽はずみな誓いが立てられるようなことに関して、軽はずみな誓いを立てたならば、それを知るようになったとき、責めを負う。以上のいずれかに関して、 5:5 責めを負うときには、彼はその罪を犯したことを告白し、 5:6 犯した罪の代償として、群れのうちから雌羊または雌山羊を取り、贖罪の献げ物として主にささげる。祭司は彼のためにその犯した罪を贖う儀式を行う。 5:7 貧しくて羊や山羊に手が届かない場合、犯した罪の代償として二羽の山鳩または二羽の家鳩、すなわち一羽を贖罪の献げ物として、もう一羽を焼き尽くす献げ物として、主にささげる。 5:8 彼がそれを祭司のもとに携えて行くと、祭司は初めに贖罪の献げ物の鳩を祭壇にささげる。まずその首をひねり、胴から離さずにおく。 5:9 次に、贖罪の献げ物の血を祭壇の側面に振りまき、残りの血を祭壇の基に絞り出す。これが贖罪の献げ物である。 5:10 次いで、もう一羽の鳩を焼き尽くす献げ物として規定に従ってささげる。祭司が、こうしてその人のために犯した罪を贖う儀式を行うと、彼の罪は赦される。 5:11 貧しくて二羽の山鳩にも二羽の家鳩にも手が届かない場合は、犯した罪のために献げ物として小麦粉十分の一エファを携えて行き、贖罪の献げ物とする。それにオリーブ油を注いだり、乳香を載せたりしてはならない。それは贖罪の献げ物だからである。 5:12 彼がそれを祭司のもとに携えて行くと、祭司はその中からしるしとして一つかみ取り、祭壇で燃やして主にささげる献げ物に載せて、燃やして煙にする。これが贖罪の献げ物である。 5:13 だれかが罪を犯した場合、以上のいずれかに従って、祭司が彼のために罪を贖う儀式を行うと、彼の罪は赦される。残りは穀物の献げ物の場合と同じく、祭司のものである。
5:14 主はモーセに仰せになった。 5:15 主にささげるべき奉納物のどれかを過ってささげず、主を欺いて罪を犯した場合、その償いとして、聖所で定められた支払額に相当する無傷の雄羊を群れから取って、主にささげ、賠償の献げ物とする。 5:16 彼はささげるのを怠った奉納物に五分の一の割り増し分を加えて祭司に渡す。祭司がその賠償の献げ物の雄羊をもって彼のために罪を贖う儀式を行うと、彼の罪は赦される。 5:17 過ちを犯し、禁じられている主の戒めを一つでも破った場合、それを知らなくても、責めを負い、罰を負う。 5:18 彼は、相当額の無傷の雄羊を群れから取り、祭司のところに引いて行き、賠償の献げ物とする。祭司が彼のために、彼が過って犯した過失を贖う儀式を行うと、彼の罪は赦される。 5:19 これが賠償の献げ物である。彼は主に対して賠償の責めを負っていたからである。 5:20 主はモーセに仰せになった。 5:21 主を欺き、友人を偽る罪を犯した場合、すなわち預り物、共同出資品、盗品を着服または横領し、 5:22 あるいは紛失物を着服しておきながら、その事実を偽り、人たるものがそれをしたら罪となりうることの一つについて偽り誓うなら、 5:23 すなわちこのような罪を犯すならば、彼はその責めを負い、その盗品、横領品、共同出資品、紛失物、 5:24 あるいは、その他彼が偽り誓ったものが何であれ、すべて返さねばならない。彼はそれを完全に賠償し、おのおのの場合につき五分の一を追加する。責めを負うときは、一日も早く所有者に支払わねばならない。 5:25 それから彼は償いとして、相当額の無傷の雄羊を群れから取って、主にささげ賠償の献げ物とする。 5:26 祭司が彼のために主の御前で罪を贖う儀式を行うと、責めを負ったすべてのことに赦しが与えられる。
5:1 'If a person sins in hearing the utterance of an oath, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of the matter-if he does not tell it, he bears guilt. 5:2 'Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and he is unaware of it, he also shall be unclean and guilty. 5:3 'Or if he touches human uncleanness- whatever uncleanness with which a man may be defiled, and he is unaware of it- when he realizes it, then he shall be guilty. 5:4 'Or if a person swears, speaking thoughtlessly with his lips to do evil or to do good, whatever it is that a man may pronounce by an oath, and he is unaware of it-when he realizes it, then he shall be guilty in any of these matters. 5:5 'And it shall be, when he is guilty in any of these matters, that he shall confess that he has sinned in that thing; 5:6 'and he shall bring his trespass offering to the Lord for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats as a sin offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin. 5:7 'If he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord, for his trespass which he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons: one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering. 5:8 'And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off its head from its neck, but shall not divide it completely. 5:9 'Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering. 5:10 'And he shall offer the second as a burnt offering according to the prescribed manner. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has committed, and it shall be forgiven him. 5:11 'But if he is not able to bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he who sinned shall bring for his offering one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, nor shall he put frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering. 5:12 'Then he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as a memorial portion, and burn it on the altar according to the offerings made by fire to the Lord. It is a sin offering. 5:13 'The priest shall make atonement for him, for his sin that he has committed in any of these matters; and it shall be forgiven him. The rest shall be the priest's as a grain offering.' " 5:14 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 5:15 "If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring to the Lord as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering. 5:16 "And he shall make restitution for the harm that he has done in regard to the holy thing, and shall add one-fifth to it and give it to the priest. So the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him. 5:17 "If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he does not know it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity. 5:18 "And he shall bring to the priest a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him regarding his ignorance in which he erred and did not know it, and it shall be forgiven him. 5:19 "It is a trespass offering; he has certainly trespassed against the Lord."

22:23 その同じ日、復活はないと言っているサドカイ派の人々が、イエスに近寄って来て尋ねた。 22:24 「先生、モーセは言っています。『ある人が子がなくて死んだ場合、その弟は兄嫁と結婚して、兄の跡継ぎをもうけねばならない』と。 22:25 さて、わたしたちのところに、七人の兄弟がいました。長男は妻を迎えましたが死に、跡継ぎがなかったので、その妻を弟に残しました。 22:26 次男も三男も、ついに七人とも同じようになりました。 22:27 最後にその女も死にました。 22:28 すると復活の時、その女は七人のうちのだれの妻になるのでしょうか。皆その女を妻にしたのです。」 22:29 イエスはお答えになった。「あなたたちは聖書も神の力も知らないから、思い違いをしている。 22:30 復活の時には、めとることも嫁ぐこともなく、天使のようになるのだ。 22:31 死者の復活については、神があなたたちに言われた言葉を読んだことがないのか。 22:32 『わたしはアブラハムの神、イサクの神、ヤコブの神である』とあるではないか。神は死んだ者の神ではなく、生きている者の神なのだ。」 22:33 群衆はこれを聞いて、イエスの教えに驚いた。
22:15 Then the Pharisees went and plotted how they might entangle Him in His talk. 22:16 And they sent to Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that You are true, and teach the way of God in truth; nor do You care about anyone, for You do not regard the person of men. 22:17 "Tell us, therefore, what do You think? Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?" 22:18 But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, "Why do you test Me, you hypocrites? 22:19 "Show Me the tax money." So they brought Him a denarius. 22:20 And He said to them, "Whose image and inscription is this?" 22:21 They said to Him, "Caesar's." And He said to them, "Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." 22:22 When they had heard these words, they marveled, and left Him and went their way. 22:23 The same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Him and asked Him, 22:24 saying: "Teacher, Moses said that if a man dies, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife and raise up offspring for his brother. 22:25 "Now there were with us seven brothers. The first died after he had married, and having no offspring, left his wife to his brother. 22:26 "Likewise the second also, and the third, even to the seventh. 22:27 "Last of all the woman died also. 22:28 "Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had her." 22:29 Jesus answered and said to them, "You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God. 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven. 22:31 "But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, saying, 22:32 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living." 22:33 And when the multitudes heard this, they were astonished at His teaching.
