6:1 主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ。 6:2 「人の子よ、顔をイスラエルの山々に向け、それに向かって預言して、 6:3 言え。イスラエルの山々よ、主なる神の言葉を聞け。主なる神は、山と丘、川と谷に向かって、こう言われる。わたしは剣をお前たちに臨ませ、聖なる高台を破壊する。 6:4 祭壇は荒れ果て、香炉台は砕かれる。また、わたしは、お前たちの中の殺された者を、偶像の前に投げ捨てる。 6:5 わたしはイスラエルの人々の死体をその偶像の前に置き、お前たちの骨を祭壇の周りにまき散らす。 6:6 お前たちの住む所はどこにおいても、町は廃虚とされ、聖なる高台は荒らされる。祭壇も廃虚とされて荒らされ、偶像は粉々に砕かれ、香炉台は打ち壊され、こうしてお前たちの作ったものは一掃される。 6:7 また、殺された者がお前たちの真ん中に倒れる。そのとき、お前たちはわたしが主であることを知るようになる。 6:8 しかし、お前たちが諸国に散らされるとき、わたしはお前たちのために、剣を逃れた者を諸国民の間に残しておく。 6:9 お前たちのうちで逃れた者は、捕囚として連れ去られる先の国々でわたしを思い起こす。わたしを離れ去る姦淫の心と、偶像にひかれる姦淫の目をわたしが打ち砕くからだ。そして彼らは自ら行った悪のゆえに、その忌まわしいすべてのことのゆえに、自分を嫌悪するようになる。 6:10 そして彼らは、わたしが主であり、理由もなくこの災いを彼らにくだすと告げたのではなかったことを知るようになる。 6:11 主なる神はこう言われる。手をたたき、足を踏み鳴らして、イスラエルの家の忌まわしいすべての悪事を嘆け。彼らは剣と、飢饉と、疫病によって倒れるからだ。 6:12 遠くにいる者は疫病で死に、近くにいる者は剣で倒れる。それを免れ、生き残る者も飢饉で死ぬ。こうしてわたしは彼らに対して怒りを注ぎ尽くす。 6:13 殺された者たちが、祭壇の周りの偶像の間や、高い丘の上、山々の頂で、またすべての緑豊かな木、すべての茂った樫の木の下、あるいはかつて、あらゆる偶像に宥めの香りをささげた場所で倒れるとき、お前たちは、わたしが主であることを知るようになる。 6:14 わたしは彼らに向かって手を伸ばし、この地を荒廃させ、荒れ野からリブラに至るまで、彼らが住むすべての地を荒れ果てたところとする。そのとき、彼らは、わたしが主であることを知るようになる。」
6:1 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 6:2 "Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them, 6:3 "and say, 'O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God!' Thus says the Lord God to the mountains, to the hills, to the ravines, and to the valleys: "Indeed I, even I, will bring a sword against you, and I will destroy your high places. 6:4 "Then your altars shall be desolate, your incense altars shall be broken, and I will cast down your slain men before your idols. 6:5 "And I will lay the corpses of the children of Israel before their idols, and I will scatter your bones all around your altars. 6:6 "In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate, so that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, your idols may be broken and made to cease, your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished. 6:7 "The slain shall fall in your midst, and you shall know that I am the Lord. 6:8 "Yet I will leave a remnant, so that you may have some who escape the sword among the nations, when you are scattered through the countries. 6:9 "Then those of you who escape will remember Me among the nations where they are carried captive, because I was crushed by their adulterous heart which has departed from Me, and by their eyes which play the harlot after their idols; they will loathe themselves for the evils which they committed in all their abominations. 6:10 "And they shall know that I am the Lord; I have not said in vain that I would bring this calamity upon them." 6:11 'Thus says the Lord God: "Pound your fists and stamp your feet, and say, 'Alas, for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! For they shall fall by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence. 6:12 'He who is far off shall die by the pestilence, he who is near shall fall by the sword, and he who remains and is besieged shall die by the famine. Thus will I spend My fury upon them. 6:13 'Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when their slain are among their idols all around their altars, on every high hill, on all the mountaintops, under every green tree, and under every thick oak, wherever they offered sweet incense to all their idols. 6:14 'So I will stretch out My hand against them and make the land desolate, yes, more desolate than the wilderness toward Diblah, in all their dwelling places. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.' " ' "
3:12 兄弟たち、あなたがたのうちに、信仰のない悪い心を抱いて、生ける神から離れてしまう者がないように注意しなさい。 3:13 あなたがたのうちだれ一人、罪に惑わされてかたくなにならないように、「今日」という日のうちに、日々励まし合いなさい。―― 3:14 わたしたちは、最初の確信を最後までしっかりと持ち続けるなら、キリストに連なる者となるのです。―― 3:15 それについては、次のように言われています。「今日、あなたたちが神の声を聞くなら、／神に反抗したときのように、／心をかたくなにしてはならない。」 3:16 いったいだれが、神の声を聞いたのに、反抗したのか。モーセを指導者としてエジプトを出たすべての者ではなかったか。 3:17 いったいだれに対して、神は四十年間憤られたのか。罪を犯して、死骸を荒れ野にさらした者に対してではなかったか。 3:18 いったいだれに対して、御自分の安息にあずからせはしないと、誓われたのか。従わなかった者に対してではなかったか。 3:19 このようにして、彼らが安息にあずかることができなかったのは、不信仰のせいであったことがわたしたちに分かるのです。
3:12 Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; 3:13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called "Today," lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 3:14 For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, 3:15 while it is said:"Today, if you will hear His voice,Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion." 3:16 For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? 3:17 Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? 3:18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? 3:19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
