43:1 ヤコブよ、あなたを創造された主は／イスラエルよ、あなたを造られた主は／今、こう言われる。恐れるな、わたしはあなたを贖う。あなたはわたしのもの。わたしはあなたの名を呼ぶ。 43:2 水の中を通るときも、わたしはあなたと共にいる。大河の中を通っても、あなたは押し流されない。火の中を歩いても、焼かれず／炎はあなたに燃えつかない。 43:3 わたしは主、あなたの神／イスラエルの聖なる神、あなたの救い主。わたしはエジプトをあなたの身代金とし／クシュとセバをあなたの代償とする。 43:4 わたしの目にあなたは価高く、貴く／わたしはあなたを愛し／あなたの身代わりとして人を与え／国々をあなたの魂の代わりとする。 43:5 恐れるな、わたしはあなたと共にいる。わたしは東からあなたの子孫を連れ帰り／西からあなたを集める。 43:6 北に向かっては、行かせよ、と／南に向かっては、引き止めるな、と言う。わたしの息子たちを遠くから／娘たちを地の果てから連れ帰れ、と言う。 43:7 彼らは皆、わたしの名によって呼ばれる者。わたしの栄光のために創造し／形づくり、完成した者。
43:8 引き出せ、目があっても、見えぬ民を／耳があっても、聞こえぬ民を。 43:9 国々を一堂に集わせ、すべての民を集めよ。彼らの中に、このことを告げ／初めからのことを聞かせる者があろうか。自分たちの証人を立て、正しさを示し／聞く者に、そのとおりだ、と／言わせうる者があろうか。 43:10 わたしの証人はあなたたち／わたしが選んだわたしの僕だ、と主は言われる。あなたたちはわたしを知り、信じ／理解するであろう／わたしこそ主、わたしの前に神は造られず／わたしの後にも存在しないことを。 43:11 わたし、わたしが主である。わたしのほかに救い主はない。 43:12 わたしはあらかじめ告げ、そして救いを与え／あなたたちに、ほかに神はないことを知らせた。あなたたちがわたしの証人である、と／主は言われる。わたしは神 43:13 今より後も、わたしこそ主。わたしの手から救い出せる者はない。わたしが事を起こせば、誰が元に戻しえようか。 43:14 あなたたちを贖う方、イスラエルの聖なる神／主はこう言われる。わたしは、あなたたちのために／バビロンに人を遣わして、かんぬきをすべて下ろし／カルデア人を歓楽の船から引き下ろす。 43:15 わたしは主、あなたたちの聖なる神／イスラエルの創造主、あなたたちの王。 43:16 主はこう言われる。海の中に道を通し／恐るべき水の中に通路を開かれた方 43:17 戦車や馬、強大な軍隊を共に引き出し／彼らを倒して再び立つことを許さず／灯心のように消え去らせた方。 43:18 初めからのことを思い出すな。昔のことを思いめぐらすな。 43:19 見よ、新しいことをわたしは行う。今や、それは芽生えている。あなたたちはそれを悟らないのか。わたしは荒れ野に道を敷き／砂漠に大河を流れさせる。 43:20 野の獣、山犬や駝鳥もわたしをあがめる。荒れ野に水を、砂漠に大河を流れさせ／わたしの選んだ民に水を飲ませるからだ。 43:21 わたしはこの民をわたしのために造った。彼らはわたしの栄誉を語らねばならない。 43:22 しかし、ヤコブよ、あなたはわたしを呼ばず／イスラエルよ、あなたはわたしを重荷とした。 43:23 あなたは羊をわたしへの焼き尽くす献げ物とせず／いけにえをもってわたしを敬おうとしなかった。わたしは穀物の献げ物のために／あなたを苦しめたことはない。乳香のために重荷を負わせたこともない。 43:24 あなたは香水萱をわたしのために買おうと／銀を量ることもせず／いけにえの脂肪をもって／わたしを飽き足らせようともしなかった。むしろ、あなたの罪のためにわたしを苦しめ／あなたの悪のために、わたしに重荷を負わせた。 43:25 わたし、このわたしは、わたし自身のために／あなたの背きの罪をぬぐい／あなたの罪を思い出さないことにする。 43:26 わたしに思い出させるならば／共に裁きに臨まなければならない。申し立てて、自分の正しさを立証してみよ。 43:27 あなたの始祖は罪を犯し／あなたを導く者らもわたしに背いた。 43:28 それゆえ、わたしは聖所の司らを汚し／ヤコブを絶滅に、イスラエルを汚辱にまかせた。
43:1 But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob,And He who formed you, O Israel:"Fear not, for I have redeemed you;I have called you by your name;You are Mine. 43:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,Nor shall the flame scorch you. 43:3 For I am the Lord your God,The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;I gave Egypt for your ransom,Ethiopia and Seba in your place. 43:4 Since you were precious in My sight,You have been honored,And I have loved you;Therefore I will give men for you,And people for your life. 43:5 Fear not, for I am with you;I will bring your descendants from the east,And gather you from the west; 43:6 I will say to the north, 'Give them up!'And to the south, 'Do not keep them back!'Bring My sons from afar,And My daughters from the ends of the earth- 43:7 Everyone who is called by My name,Whom I have created for My glory;I have formed him, yes, I have made him." 43:8 Bring out the blind people who have eyes,And the deaf who have ears. 43:9 Let all the nations be gathered together,And let the people be assembled.Who among them can declare this,And show us former things?Let them bring out their witnesses, that they may be justified;Or let them hear and say, "It is truth." 43:10 "You are My witnesses," says the Lord,"And My servant whom I have chosen,That you may know and believe Me,And understand that I am He.Before Me there was no God formed,Nor shall there be after Me. 43:11 I, even I, am the Lord,And besides Me there is no savior. 43:12 I have declared and saved,I have proclaimed,And there was no foreign god among you;Therefore you are My witnesses,"Says the Lord, "that I am God. 43:13 Indeed before the day was, I am He;And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand;I work, and who will reverse it?" 43:14 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,The Holy One of Israel:"For your sake I will send to Babylon,And bring them all down as fugitives-The Chaldeans, who rejoice in their ships. 43:15 I am the Lord, your Holy One,The Creator of Israel, your King." 43:16 Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the seaAnd a path through the mighty waters, 43:17 Who brings forth the chariot and horse,The army and the power(They shall lie down together, they shall not rise;They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick): 43:18 "Do not remember the former things,Nor consider the things of old. 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing,Now it shall spring forth;Shall you not know it?I will even make a road in the wildernessAnd rivers in the desert. 43:20 The beast of the field will honor Me,The jackals and the ostriches,Because I give waters in the wildernessAnd rivers in the desert,To give drink to My people, My chosen. 43:21 This people I have formed for Myself;They shall declare My praise. 43:22 "But you have not called upon Me, O Jacob;And you have been weary of Me, O Israel. 43:23 You have not brought Me the sheep for your burnt offerings,Nor have you honored Me with your sacrifices.I have not caused you to serve with grain offerings,Nor wearied you with incense. 43:24 You have bought Me no sweet cane with money,Nor have you satisfied Me with the fat of your sacrifices;But you have burdened Me with your sins,You have wearied Me with your iniquities. 43:25 "I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake;And I will not remember your sins. 43:26 Put Me in remembrance;Let us contend together;State your case, that you may be acquitted. 43:27 Your first father sinned,And your mediators have transgressed against Me. 43:28 Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary;I will give Jacob to the curse,And Israel to reproaches.
5:13 兄弟たち、あなたがたは、自由を得るために召し出されたのです。ただ、この自由を、肉に罪を犯させる機会とせずに、愛によって互いに仕えなさい。 5:14 律法全体は、「隣人を自分のように愛しなさい」という一句によって全うされるからです。 5:15 だが、互いにかみ合い、共食いしているのなら、互いに滅ぼされないように注意しなさい。
5:16 わたしが言いたいのは、こういうことです。霊の導きに従って歩みなさい。そうすれば、決して肉の欲望を満足させるようなことはありません。 5:17 肉の望むところは、霊に反し、霊の望むところは、肉に反するからです。肉と霊とが対立し合っているので、あなたがたは、自分のしたいと思うことができないのです。 5:18 しかし、霊に導かれているなら、あなたがたは、律法の下にはいません。 5:19 肉の業は明らかです。それは、姦淫、わいせつ、好色、 5:20 偶像礼拝、魔術、敵意、争い、そねみ、怒り、利己心、不和、仲間争い、 5:21 ねたみ、泥酔、酒宴、その他このたぐいのものです。以前言っておいたように、ここでも前もって言いますが、このようなことを行う者は、神の国を受け継ぐことはできません。 5:22 これに対して、霊の結ぶ実は愛であり、喜び、平和、寛容、親切、善意、誠実、 5:23 柔和、節制です。これらを禁じる掟はありません。 5:24 キリスト・イエスのものとなった人たちは、肉を欲情や欲望もろとも十字架につけてしまったのです。 5:25 わたしたちは、霊の導きに従って生きているなら、霊の導きに従ってまた前進しましょう。 5:26 うぬぼれて、互いに挑み合ったり、ねたみ合ったりするのはやめましょう。
5:13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." 5:15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another! 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 5:18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 5:21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 5:24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
