32:1 見よ、正義によって／一人の王が統治し／高官たちは、公平をもって支配する。 32:2 彼らはそれぞれ／風を遮り、雨を避ける所のように／また、水のない地を流れる水路のように／乾ききった地の大きな岩陰のようになる。 32:3 見る者の目は曇らされず／聞く者の耳は良く聞き分ける。 32:4 軽率な心も知ることを学び／どもる舌も速やかに語る。 32:5 もはや、愚かな者が高貴な人とは呼ばれず／ならず者が貴い人と言われることもない。 32:6 愚かな者は愚かなことを語り／その心は災いをたくらむ。神を無視し、主について迷わすことを語り／飢えている者をむなしく去らせ／渇いている者の水を奪う。 32:7 ならず者の手管は災いをもたらす。彼は謀をめぐらし／貧しい者が正当な申し立てをしても／乏しい者を偽りの言葉で破滅に落とす。 32:8 高貴な人は高貴なことをはかり／高貴なことを擁護する。
32:9 憂いなき女たちよ、起きて、わが声を聞け。安んじている娘たちよ／わが言葉に耳を傾けよ。 32:10 安んじている女たちよ／一年余りの時を経て／お前たちは慌てふためく。ぶどうの収穫が無に帰し／取り入れの時が来ないからだ。 32:11 憂いなき女たちはおののく／安んじている女たちは慌てふためく。衣を脱ぎ、裸になって／腰に粗布をまとえ。 32:12 ぶどう畑のために、胸を打って嘆け／美しい畑、実り豊かであったぶどうの木のために 32:13 茨といらくさに覆われたわが民の畑のために／喜びの家、陽気な町のために。 32:14 宮殿は捨てられ、町のにぎわいはうせ／見張りの塔のある砦の丘は／とこしえに裸の山となり／野ろばが喜び／家畜の群れが草をはむ所となる。
32:15 ついに、我々の上に／霊が高い天から注がれる。荒れ野は園となり／園は森と見なされる。 32:16 そのとき、荒れ野に公平が宿り／園に正義が住まう。 32:17 正義が造り出すものは平和であり／正義が生み出すものは／とこしえに安らかな信頼である。 32:18 わが民は平和の住みか、安らかな宿／憂いなき休息の場所に住まう。 32:19 しかし、森には雹が降る。町は大いに辱められる。 32:20 すべての水のほとりに種を蒔き／牛やろばを自由に放つあなたたちは／なんと幸いなことか。
32:1 Behold, a king will reign in righteousness,And princes will rule with justice. 32:2 A man will be as a hiding place from the wind,And a cover from the tempest,As rivers of water in a dry place,As the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. 32:3 The eyes of those who see will not be dim,And the ears of those who hear will listen. 32:4 Also the heart of the rash will understand knowledge,And the tongue of the stammerers will be ready to speak plainly. 32:5 The foolish person will no longer be called generous,Nor the miser said to be bountiful; 32:6 For the foolish person will speak foolishness,And his heart will work iniquity:To practice ungodliness,To utter error against the Lord,To keep the hungry unsatisfied,And he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail. 32:7 Also the schemes of the schemer are evil;He devises wicked plansTo destroy the poor with lying words,Even when the needy speaks justice. 32:8 But a generous man devises generous things,And by generosity he shall stand. 32:9 Rise up, you women who are at ease,Hear my voice;You complacent daughters,Give ear to my speech. 32:10 In a year and some daysYou will be troubled, you complacent women;For the vintage will fail,The gathering will not come. 32:11 Tremble, you women who are at ease;Be troubled, you complacent ones;Strip yourselves, make yourselves bare,And gird sackcloth on your waists. 32:12 People shall mourn upon their breastsFor the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine. 32:13 On the land of my people will come up thorns and briers,Yes, on all the happy homes in the joyous city; 32:14 Because the palaces will be forsaken,The bustling city will be deserted.The forts and towers will become lairs forever,A joy of wild donkeys, a pasture of flocks- 32:15 Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high,And the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,And the fruitful field is counted as a forest. 32:16 Then justice will dwell in the wilderness,And righteousness remain in the fruitful field. 32:17 The work of righteousness will be peace,And the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever. 32:18 My people will dwell in a peaceful habitation,In secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places, 32:19 Though hail comes down on the forest,And the city is brought low in humiliation. 32:20 Blessed are you who sow beside all waters,Who send out freely the feet of the ox and the donkey.
13:5 信仰を持って生きているかどうか自分を反省し、自分を吟味しなさい。あなたがたは自分自身のことが分からないのですか。イエス・キリストがあなたがたの内におられることが。あなたがたが失格者なら別ですが……。 13:6 わたしたちが失格者でないことを、あなたがたが知るようにと願っています。 13:7 わたしたちは、あなたがたがどんな悪も行わないようにと、神に祈っています。それはわたしたちが、適格者と見なされたいからではなく、たとえ失格者と見えようとも、あなたがたが善を行うためなのです。 13:8 わたしたちは、何事も真理に逆らってはできませんが、真理のためならばできます。 13:9 わたしたちは自分が弱くても、あなたがたが強ければ喜びます。あなたがたが完全な者になることをも、わたしたちは祈っています。 13:10 遠くにいてこのようなことを書き送るのは、わたしがそちらに行ったとき、壊すためではなく造り上げるために主がお与えくださった権威によって、厳しい態度をとらなくても済むようにするためです。 13:11 終わりに、兄弟たち、喜びなさい。完全な者になりなさい。励まし合いなさい。思いを一つにしなさい。平和を保ちなさい。そうすれば、愛と平和の神があなたがたと共にいてくださいます。 13:12 聖なる口づけによって互いに挨拶を交わしなさい。すべての聖なる者があなたがたによろしくとのことです。 13:13 主イエス・キリストの恵み、神の愛、聖霊の交わりが、あなたがた一同と共にあるように。
13:5 Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-unless indeed you are disqualified. 13:6 But I trust that you will know that we are not disqualified. 13:7 Now I pray to God that you do no evil, not that we should appear approved, but that you should do what is honorable, though we may seem disqualified. 13:8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 13:9 For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. And this also we pray, that you may be made complete. 13:10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the authority which the Lord has given me for edification and not for destruction. 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. 13:12 Greet one another with a holy kiss. 13:13 All the saints greet you. 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
