7:1 How beautiful are your feet in sandals,O prince's daughter! The curves of your thighs are like jewels,The work of the hands of a skillful workman. 7:2 Your navel is a rounded goblet; It lacks no blended beverage.Your waist is a heap of wheatSet about with lilies. 7:3 Your two breasts are like two fawns,Twins of a gazelle. 7:4 Your neck is like an ivory tower,Your eyes like the pools in HeshbonBy the gate of Bath Rabbim.Your nose is like the tower of LebanonWhich looks toward Damascus. 7:5 Your head crowns you like Mount Carmel,And the hair of your head is like purple;A king is held captive by your tresses. 7:6 How fair and how pleasant you are,O love, with your delights! 7:7 This stature of yours is like a palm tree,And your breasts like its clusters. 7:8 I said, "I will go up to the palm tree,I will take hold of its branches."Let now your breasts be like clusters of the vine,The fragrance of your breath like apples, 7:9 And the roof of your mouth like the best wine. The ShulamiteThe wine goes down smoothly for my beloved,Moving gently the lips of sleepers. 7:10 I am my beloved's,And his desire is toward me. 7:11 Come, my beloved,Let us go forth to the field;Let us lodge in the villages. 7:12 Let us get up early to the vineyards;Let us see if the vine has budded,Whether the grape blossoms are open,And the pomegranates are in bloom. There I will give you my love. 7:13 The mandrakes give off a fragrance,And at our gates are pleasant fruits,All manner, new and old,Which I have laid up for you, my beloved.

[ 15 ]

15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, 15:2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. 15:3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 15:4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, 15:5 and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. 15:6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. 15:7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. 15:8 Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time. 15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 15:11 Therefore, whether it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.
